We develop leaders based on 360-degree reviews from key stakeholders, using relevant inputs on observable behaviors in the work place.

The first two years in a position of leadership.
The early years of leadership are highly formative. Receiving feedback on key aspects of his/her behavior from boss, subordinates and peers, is a powerful tool for a new manager. Through coaching, the 360-degree feedback helps participants understand the impact of their leadership behavior on others.

The mid- and senior- level positions of leadership.
 Research shows that, “the higher one rises in an organization the less likely one is to receive quality feedback about job performance.” Higher level leaders manage many relationships in a complex environment that is not always definable. A 360-degree review, tailored for this level, identifies those who are important to the attainment of goals and facilitates feedback from them. The coaching conversations interpret this information and convert it into action.

We are deeply conscious of the subtle dimensions of trust and confidentiality.  Our surveys are computer administered and individual information is kept completely confidential.
